About Me

Hello!
My name is Katherine Harmer, and I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Ever since I was a teenager, I've loved everything to do with food and nutrition, as well as exercise and wellness! This site is a place for me to share some of the knowledge I have, as well as keep up-to-date with current research and studies. This is a wonderful place for high-school age students and their parents to learn about sports nutrition, general nutrition, and health for teenagers.
